Usage outside covered countries is barred.
Digicel 4G LTE and 4G+ LTE Advanced networks arent available in all the listed countries and 4g LTE coverage may not be 100% of the countries, a 4G LTE compatible equipment is needed.

Enable Bandwidth Monthly Allowance (direct link to Peplink guide)
Under Network > WAN > Cellular > Details
Check the box “Enable”
Check the box “Disconnect when usage hits 100% of monthly allowance”
Set “start day” to “1st” or the day in the month each billing cycle begins
Write “90” GB in the field “Monthly Allowance” for defining the maximum bandwidth usage allowed for the Cellular WAN connection each month
