From hardware procurement to sea trials.
Every installation is planned around the vessel: we position the antenna for a clear view of the sky, seal every cable entry and configure the onboard network so Starlink and SIM backup work together.

As certified Peplink installers, we configure the onboard router so Starlink is the primary link and 5G SIMs from different operators stay connected, ready to take over automatically.

A Peplink router configured by NetInSat: Starlink, TIM and Wind 5G connected at the same time.
Most Starlink Maritime plans lock you in for the month: if usage goes over, overage charges apply automatically. We work differently.
500 GB
Light crew usage and occasional guests
1.5 TB
A busy vessel with regular guests on board
2.5 TB+
Extended charter, large crew, heavy streaming
You start on the plan that fits your normal usage. If things change mid-month — unexpected guests, a long passage, a busy charter week — we upgrade you within the same billing cycle, before overage applies.
The result: you pay for what you actually use. Not for what you might need.
NetInSat is a partner of Orbius (formerly MTN), the provider of StarEDGE Starlink services. We take care of everything around your plan: choosing the right data allowance, activation, upgrades within the billing cycle and day-to-day support.

Through the StarEDGE portal we monitor each vessel's status, location and data usage, so we can upgrade a plan before it runs out.
We offer the full range of StarEDGE plans on Starlink Global Business (Maritime usage), formerly Global Priority, from light crew usage to high-volume charter use, as well as tailored plans that we upgrade within the billing cycle as your needs change. Tell us how the vessel is used and we will recommend the right plan.
Starlink changes its plans and prices frequently, so we always quote on current pricing.
Does Starlink Maritime work in the Caribbean and Middle East?
Yes — Global coverage. We'll confirm active coverage zones for your specific route.
What speed can I expect?
Typically 100–350 Mbps down. Variable depending on satellite load and sea conditions.
What happens if Starlink goes down?
We configure automatic failover to 4G/5G backup — no manual intervention needed.
How long does installation take?
One day for most vessels. Complex integrations may need two days.
Can I change my data plan mid-month if usage spikes?
Yes. We manage your plan across three thresholds (500 GB, 1.5 TB, 2.5 TB+) and can upgrade you any time within your billing cycle, before overage charges apply.
What do you recommend during the winter lay-up?
When the yacht is laid up or cruising less, we usually suggest switching to the lower-cost Starlink Business (Land usage) plan, or relying on our 5G SIMs until the season starts again. We handle the change for you.
